Qualified Written Requests:

Qualified Written Requests are required to be submitted to: EPM Attn: Customer Care Escalations 500 S Broad Street, Suite 100A Meriden, CT 06450 When EPM is in receipt of a Qualified Written Request (as defined by RESPA), an acknowledgment notice is sent within five (5) business days and we will respond to you within thirty (30) business days of receipt of your written notice, unless otherwise defined by RESPA guidelines.

Fannie Mae Escalated Complaints:

When Equity Prime Mortgage (EPM) is in receipt of an escalated complaint, as defined by Fannie Mae, we will send an acknowledgment notice within three (3) business days, followed by a response within 30 business days.
